Provide support of computer systems, their operations, and their networking and data communications connections. All systems administration personnel must be able to professionally represent ASCI in interactions with clients, from management to end-users, to provide both remote and on-site support.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or other technical degree, or equivalent experience.
Under direction, will install, configure, test, implement, and support computer systems, from desk-top to large servers, including network and data communication connections, and associated equipment. Provide diagnostic trouble-shooting, testing, and correction or avoidance of simple computer system problems, including related network and data communication issues. Document computer systems and operating systems configurations according to ASCI and client standards, including network and data communications connections. Under direction, will create and document procedures for the operation and maintenance of computer systems, operating systems, and related equipment and software. Provide remote or on-site support of computer systems, operating systems, and related equipment and software. Support other System Administrators as required. Perform other duties as assigned.
