Provides a lead role in administrative and business support services. Administration includes financial bookkeeping, contracting, rate calculation, and staff record keeping. All ASCI administrative personnel must be able to professionally represent ASCI in interactions with clients, from management to end-users.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, related field, or equivalent experience, and 4 years of related work experience.
Able to lead and manage administrative personnel. Effectively interface with all levels of client, vendor, ASCI, and associates to achieve objectives. Create plans, procedures, and reports to support management personnel. Create business documentation. Review business documentation and business plans. Analyze business issues and recommend solutions. Provide input and analysis of required business records. Other duties as assigned.
