Provides leadership and management for administrative and business support services. Administration includes financial bookkeeping, contracting, rate calculation, and staff record keeping. All ASCI administrative personnel must be able to professionally represent ASCI in interactions with clients, from management to end-users.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, related field, or equivalent experience, and 6 years of related work experience.
Provide leadership and management of administrative personnel. Effectively interface with all levels of client, vendor, ASCI, and associates to achieve objectives. Develop plans, policies, procedures, and reports to support management personnel. Provide expertise in small business operation and office administration. Review business documentation and business plans. Analyze business issues and recommend solutions. Other duties as assigned.
