Responsible for the creation and maintenance of functional user and training documentation, training needs analysis and preparation of training plans and materials, and management of a staff of documentation/training personnel. This position also is responsible for the analysis of, planning for, and implementation of application conversions and deployments; review of ASCI internal policies and procedures; and other editorial activities as needed.
A Master’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience, and 8 years of related work experience. A Bachelor’s degree may be substituted with 10 years of related work experience.
Effectively interface with all levels of ASCI and client staff and associates to achieve ASCI's company objectives. Responsible for the accurate and timely design, development, editing, revision, production and delivery of all computer application documentation. Provide editorial, production and supervisory support for the creation and revision of all other ASCI documentation deliverables. Supervise and perform user-oriented design input for ASCI-developed and maintained software products. Responsible for the accurate and timely design, development, revision, production and delivery of all ASCI internal and client user training materials. Be responsible for providing internal and client training and support as required. Effectively recruit, hire, train and supervise ASCI Documentation and Training employees. Other duties as assigned.
