As a part of the ASCI development team, the Senior Database Administrator provides senior-level database concept and design; coordinates database development, database software configuration, and provides leadership to other staff. All ASCI development personnel must be able to professionally represent ASCI in interactions with clients, from management to end-users, to provide both remote and on-site application develop services and support.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience, 8+ years of related work experience including 3-5 years database experience, and prior supervisory or technical management.

Effectively interface with all levels of both ASCI and client staff and associates to achieve ASCI's company objectives. Provide senior-level analysis of client database needs and recommends solutions. Provide analysis for database setup and configuration. Provide database setup and enhancement proposals. Provide leadership for database analysis, database creation, tuning, and testing activities in support of ASCI projects. Provide leadership, training and management of ASCI database projects. Be an interface point for ASCI database development activities. Be able to assist in coordinating client needs and ASCI development efforts. Other duties as assigned.
