Creates/edits software test plans, provides simple to complex analysis of testing issues, documents testing results, and communicates results of testing efforts. All quality assurance personnel must be able to professionally represent ASCI in interactions with clients, from management to end-users, to provide both remote and on-site support.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, and 6-8 years of related experience.
Perform as an interface point for ASCI quality assurance activities. Effectively communicate with ASCI management, customers, end users, other staff and systems development personnel, concerning application development, testing and support issues. Assist in maintaining testbed systems including data and system operations. ASCI testbed systems may include multiple hardware and software platforms. Provide quality assurance software testing and report results. Assist in maintaining ASCI testbed documentation. Create and execute software test plans in support of ASCI development efforts. Be available to provide on-call support outside of normal working hours. Provide supervision for quality assurance specialists. Provide training to client and other staff. Other duties as assigned.
