Provides support to ensure proper systems configuration, networking, and operations. All network administration personnel must be able to professionally represent ASCI in interactions with clients, from management to end-users, to provide both remote and on-site support.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or other technical degree, or equivalent experience.

Primary responsibilities are Networking and Data Communications; Secondary responsibilities are Systems Management. Specific Responsibilities Include: Under direction, will configure and support networks, and data communications , and their associated equipment. Provide diagnostic testing and correction of simple network and data communication issues. Provide research of computer system and networking issues, and provide support for the identification and implementation of “work around,” and final solutions. Document computer, network, and operating system configurations according to ASCI and client standards. Under direction, will create procedures for use of networking and data communications equipment. Provide remote or on-site support of networking, data communications and systems and equipment. Provide support to other Network Administrators as required. Other duties as assigned.
