Provides supervision, training, and scheduling in order to provide operational support for computer and peripheral equipment. All data center personnel must be able to professionally represent ASCI in interactions with clients, from management to end-users, to provide both remote and on-site support.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, plus 6 years of related work experience.

Provide leadership, management, and training for Data Center personnel. Supervise data center operations and schedule staff. Create production schedules and procedures for data center staff. Respond to escalated issues. Order supplies and maintains proper inventory of supplies and equipment. Schedule preventative maintenance on computers, tape drives, printers, and other peripheral equipment. Perform simple to complex diagnostics on computer systems and peripheral equipment. Support other personnel as required. Other duties as assigned.
