Provide maintenance of computer systems, their operations, and their networking and data communications connections. All field engineer personnel must be able to professionally represent ASCI in interactions with clients, from management to end-users, to provide both remote and on-site maintenance.

High School diploma and two years experience in the field, or related technical degree, or equivalent experience.

Under direction, will install, configure, test, implement, and maintain computer systems, from desktop to large servers, including network and data communication connections, and associated equipment. Provide diagnostic trouble-shooting, testing, and correction or avoidance of simple computer system problems, including related network and data communication issues. Document computer systems and basic operating systems information according to ASCI and client standards, including network and data communications connections. Under direction, will create and document procedures for the operation and maintenance of computer systems, operating systems, and related equipment and software. Provide remote or on-site support of computer systems, and related equipment and software. Coordinate with vendors for support and parts as required. Coordinate inventory of parts and tools as required. Support other Field Engineers as required. Perform other duties as assigned.
