The ASCI Documentation and Training department creates and maintains user documentation and training materials for automated applications developed and maintained by ASCI. Under direction, a Documentation/Training Specialist I creates and maintains in-house and end-user documentation and training materials, and assists in remote and on-site application deployment and training activities. All documentation/training personnel must be able to professionally represent ASCI in interactions with clients, from management to end-users, to perform both remote and on-site activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, related field or equivalent experience, and 1-2 years of related work experience.
Under supervision, develop and maintain computer application user documentation in support of projects. Under direction, create and revise ASCI internal and client user training materials. Effectively communicate with ASCI and Documentation/Training management, customers, end users, ASCI customer support staff and systems development personnel, concerning documentation, training and user-oriented application testing issues. Under direction, provide internal and client training and support as required. Other duties as assigned.
