Provides creation and maintenance of functional user and training documentation, training needs analysis and preparation of training plans and materials. Supports the installation and implementation of computer application software systems. Possesses functional software knowledge and troubleshooting expertise to assist other personnel.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, related field or equivalent experience, and 4-6 years of related work experience, including 3+ years of training experience.

Effectively interface with all levels of ASCI, client, and other resource staff for project completion. Provide design, editing, revision, production and delivery of end-user and system documentation. Provide design, creation, revision, production and delivery of end-user and system training. Provide on-site and remote client training for application and system software. Able to perform duties on multiple projects concurrently. Able to provide system and software application support, as required. Experience in conducting lecture and individual training sessions. Performs other duties as assigned.
