As a part of the ASCI development team, a Development Analyst II provides systems analysis, software programming, training, and testing support. All ASCI development personnel must be able to professionally represent ASCI in interactions with clients, from management to end-users, to provide both remote and on-site application develop services and support.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalant experience, and 6-8 years of related work experience.
Able to lead and manage development analysts and programmers. Effectively interface with all levels of both ASCI and client staff and associates to achieve ASCI's company objectives. Perform as a programming resource for ASCI projects. Provide systems analysis and program testing activities in support of ASCI projects. Be an interface point for ASCI application development activities. Document/research design issues with ASCI staff and client staff. Determine status of issues and escalate issues according to established policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.
