As a part of the ASCI administrative team, an Administrator provides administrative and business support services. Administration includes financial bookkeeping, contracting, and staff record keeping. All ASCI administrative personnel must be able to professionally represent ASCI in interactions with clients, from management to end-users.
A High School Diploma and 2 years of related work experience.
Effectively interface with all levels of client, vendor, ASCI, and associates to assist in achieving objectives. Able to provide support senior administrative personnel, as required. Edit/Revise plans and procedures. Create reports to support management personnel. Create business documentation. Analyze business issues and recommend solutions. Provide input and analysis of required business records. Other duties as assigned.
